Coral Construction Acquires Signal Construction Group, LLC
Wilsonville, OR -- August 1, 2011
Coral Construction Company announced today the acquisition of Signal Construction Group, LLC. Based in Woodburn, OR, Signal Construction Group LLC specializes in highway-related electrical construction, including roadway illumination, traffic signal installation and motorist information systems.
John Weisner, Coral Construction Company President, said, "This acquisition is consistent with our strategy to remain one of the West Coast's largest specialty highway contractors and it gives our Company the opportunity to provide our valued customers with a much broader product line of specialty highway construction services."
The existing Signal Construction Group management team and key personnel will remain intact. Signal's operations will be relocated to Coral's corporate headquarters, which are located in Wilsonville, OR.
